Brand Identity
Starlife Group, a forward-thinking real estate developer focused on reshaping urban landscapes, approached me to design and produce branded assets for their landmark project, 21 Hollywood. This 14-story, 200-unit residential and mixed-use development is set to redefine luxury living in Hollywood, Florida.
While construction is underway, I was tasked with creating several high-impact visual materials that communicated the project’s prestige and set the tone for its groundbreaking ceremony.

Fence Wrap
To cover the construction site perimeter, I designed a large-scale fence wrap that balanced bold imagery and elegant typography. The wrap showcased key visuals provided by the client while reinforcing the message of “Redefining Luxury Living” in a way that aligned with 21 Hollywood’s brand.
Groundbreaking Ceremony Assets
Retractable Banners - I created a series of retractable banners featuring high-quality renderings of the future building. These banners were designed to highlight the scale and architectural excellence of 21 Hollywood, enhancing the visual storytelling during the ceremony.
Event Backdrop - A large branded backdrop was designed to frame the groundbreaking ceremony, ensuring a cohesive visual identity for press photos and promotional coverage. The backdrop elevated the event by tying together all branded elements into a unified presentation.
Groundbreaking Helmets - Custom helmets were designed with the Starlife Group logo, striking the right balance of professionalism and prestige. These served as both functional items and symbolic branded keepsakes for the event.
Custom Sand Display Box and Shovels - I designed a sand display box centerpiece that visually tied into the event’s luxury theme. My team later built and wrapped the structure with vinyl. This became a focal point for photography and press coverage. Each shovel was painted and branded with a clear vinyl Starlife logo.
